Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Rinse the cilantro leaves under cold water and pat dry.
  • In a blender, add the cilantro leaves.
  • Add Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
  • Add the minced garlic and honey.
  • Sprinkle in the cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • With the blender running, slowly stream in the olive oil.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
