Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a long rope.
Shape each rope into a pretzel by twisting and folding.
In a large pot, boil water and baking soda; drop pretzels in for 30 seconds.
Remove and brush with beaten egg, then sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
