Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently.
  • In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  • Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the cream.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate glaze over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
