Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla.
  • Add mixed greens in the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer the sliced chicken on top of the greens.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes and diced cucumber.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
