Carefully add wings to the hot oil, cooking in batches if necessary.
Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
If baking, place wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a separate bowl, combine the buffalo sauce and barbecue sauce.
Once cooked, toss wings in the sauce mixture until evenly coated.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
