Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients by slicing the chicken and vegetables.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Increase the heat to high and add the sliced chicken, cooking until browned.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper while it cooks.
  • Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the pan.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender yet crisp.
  • Pour in soy sauce and mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
