Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • Sliced pickles
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture evenly.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the chicken into slider-sized pieces.
  • Toast the slider buns on the grill until golden brown.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing chicken on the bottom bun.
  • Add barbecue sauce, pickles, lettuce, and tomato.
  • Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
