Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 servings ramen noodles
  • 1 cup bok choy
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Red chili flakes to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Remove chicken, shred it, and set aside.
  • Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
  • Stir in soy sauce, bok choy, and mushrooms.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with shredded chicken, green onions, and chili flakes.
