Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, coating well.
  • Next, dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture.
  • Finally, coat the chicken with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the nuggets in the hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Remove the nuggets and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
