Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned.
Pour in the Marsala wine and scrape the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
Reduce the wine for about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and return the chicken to the skillet.
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
