Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bell peppers, onion, black beans, corn, salsa, chili powder, and cumin.
Layer half of the tortilla strips in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
Sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortilla strips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
