Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup croutons
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes olives, or avocado

Instructions

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  • Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked; slice it into strips.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Add the sliced grilled chicken on top of the pasta and lettuce.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently.
