Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Your choice of dressing

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the greens.
  • Dice the cooked chicken and ham into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add the chicken and ham to the bowl with greens.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the mixture.
  • Chop the cucumbers and add them as well.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and incorporate it into the salad.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.
  • Add olives and croutons for extra flavor and crunch.
  • Drizzle your preferred dressing over the salad before serving.
