Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, and dried fruit.
In a saucepan, heat the nut butter and honey over low heat until melted and combined.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the nut butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and press it down firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the dish.
Once cooled, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for longer freshness.
