Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic onion, or herbs for flavor

Instructions

  • Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower head.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  • Place the florets in a food processor and pulse until rice-like.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic or onions if desired and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat once tender but not mushy.
  • Serve warm as a side dish or base for your meal.
