Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut into florets.
Steam the florets for about 5 minutes until tender.
Drain and cool the cauliflower, then rice it using a food processor.
Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
Mix riced cauliflower, mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Add desired toppings and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
