Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 apple optional
  • 1- inch piece of ginger optional
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Wash the carrots thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  • Peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler.
  • Cut the carrots into small pieces.
  • Wash and core the apple, cut it into pieces if using.
  • Peel and slice the ginger if using.
  • Add the carrot pieces to the juicer.
  • Follow with apple and ginger pieces.
  • Juice all ingredients until smooth, adding water if necessary.
  • Pour the juice into a glass and stir in lemon juice.
