Ingredients

  • 1 box of cake mix any flavor
  • 1 can of frosting any flavor
  • Chocolate or candy melts for coating
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Bake the cake as per box instructions and let it cool completely.
  • Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
  • Add half of the frosting and mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Insert lollipop sticks into each ball, about halfway through.
  • Freeze the cake pops for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  • Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets, then place in a stand to dry.
