Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Insert lollipop sticks into each ball, about halfway through.
Freeze the cake pops for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
Decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets, then place in a stand to dry.
