Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil water in a large pot and add a pinch of salt.
  • Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta and chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the pasta and lettuce.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Add croutons, black pepper, and garlic powder for flavor.
  • Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
