Arrange the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Use a brush to evenly coat the steaks with oil and seasonings.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Flip the steaks halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
