Warm the tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
Spread a layer of rice on each tortilla.
Add a layer of black beans on top of the rice.
Place shredded chicken over the beans evenly.
Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken.
Top with diced tomatoes and chopped lettuce.
Add slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream.
Drizzle salsa over the top for extra flavor.
Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
