Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Prepare your protein (chicken or beef) as desired.
Layer the cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
Add the black beans evenly over the rice.
Layer the corn on top of the beans.
Place the shredded chicken or beef over the corn.
Spoon salsa over the meat.
Add sliced avocado on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the avocado.
Finish with sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
