Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a round bun and place on a baking sheet.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
