Ingredients

  • 1 pack of buldak ramen noodles
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon buldak sauce
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Green onions chopped
  • Nori sheets
  • Vegetables spinach or bok choy
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Boil 2 cups of chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add the buldak ramen noodles to the boiling broth.
  • Cook the noodles for about 5 minutes or until tender.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of buldak sauce for spice.
  • Add chopped vegetables and let them cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
  • Slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top of the noodles.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Add nori sheets for extra flavor and texture.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your buldak ramen!
