Boil 2 cups of chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
Add the buldak ramen noodles to the boiling broth.
Cook the noodles for about 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of buldak sauce for spice.
Add chopped vegetables and let them cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
Slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top of the noodles.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Add nori sheets for extra flavor and texture.
