Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices optional
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it using two forks.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  • Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  • Layer the buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  • Place the top half of the buns on each slider and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
