Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  • Add in the ranch dressing and mix well.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.
