Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
Cover and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with seeds, and bake for 20 minutes.
