Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
Form the beef into 8 small patties.
Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar to make the special sauce.
Slice the slider buns in half and toast them in the oven until golden.
Assemble the sliders by spreading the special sauce on the bottom bun.
Place a patty on each bun, followed by lettuce, pickles, and onions.
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
