Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or American
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat and season the beef with salt and pepper.
  • Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large serving bowl.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and diced pickles to the bowl with lettuce.
  • Let the cooked beef cool slightly before adding it to the salad.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the salad.
  • Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and adjust to taste.
  • Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Big Mac salad!
