Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start with fresh basil leaves; wash and pat dry.
  • In a food processor, combine basil and pine nuts.
  • Add garlic and process until finely chopped.
