Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge each shrimp in cornstarch, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels.
  • Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until well-coated.
  • Plate the shrimp and drizzle with extra sauce if desired.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately for best results.
