Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Fill each tortilla with a portion of the seasoned chicken mixture.
Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the top of the tacos.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While baking, prepare the toppings: shred lettuce and dice tomatoes.
Remove the tacos from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro before serving.
