Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs skin-on
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish, skin side up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and brush BBQ sauce generously over each thigh.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
