Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, cream, milk, and eggs.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and cinnamon.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pie crust.
  • Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until set.
  • Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing.
  • Serve with fresh berries on top for garnish.
