Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place flour in a separate bowl.
  • In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dredge each shrimp in flour, shaking off excess.
  • Dip the shrimp in the beaten eggs.
  • Coat the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
