Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub the baby potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut each potato in half for even cooking.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the halved potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; they should be golden and crispy.
  • Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
